- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and sign-in times, used to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
- To provide the services you subscribe to and manage your account (performance of a contract).
- To take payments and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To reply to enquiries and support requests (legitimate interest).
- To protect our services against fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- PayPal, to process subscription payments.
- Hosting and email providers that run our infrastructure and send our emails, under contracts that require them to protect your data.

How long we keep it
Account data is kept while you have an account. Payment records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Enquiries are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
